Cozy, welcoming, great place for family
5/5 We enjoyed every minute in this house. Our kids (3 and 6) loved the posters and the bowling table in the basement. Full access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Very well stocked and furnished. Owners do a great job communicating amenities and policies, and are available at any time for questions. We’ve stayed at several vrbo properties and have always had good experiences, but this was my favorite so far!

Wonderful Home
5/5 We spent almost an entire week at the Marshall House and really loved it. It was very clean, a very nice home with everything we needed plus. They even had a crock pot! Awesome to come home after a day of hiking to Cuban pork roast in the slow cooker! We really felt at home here! The beds were super comfortable and the yard was perfect for our pooch and the basement felt like a brand new remodel with a great bathroom and game table and darts. We enjoyed every minute here!!

December Colorado Family Trip
5/5 The house was perfect for our family of 4. Our older sons enjoyed the downstairs game area with an occasional competition with the old parents. The owners provided everything we needed and what we didn't have we had a convenient Walmart right down the road. The bedrooms were spacious and had a TV in each room. The decor was very nice and modern and the house was exceptionally clean.

Beautiful Clean House
5/5 We had a wonderful Christmas in this house! The kitchen is great to cook meals in with everything you need and there was plenty of room in the house for the six of us to be comfortable. The house was extremely clean on arrival and appliances and decor are modern and chic. We would gladly book another stay at this house in the future.
