Fantastic tiny cottage with fantastic hosts!
5/5 We loved the cottage! It was perfect for two people who just needed a place to crash every night after exploring Colorado! It is centrally located with easy access to freeways/interstates. Natalie was very responsive and super friendly! Her husband went above and beyond shoveling the long, narrow, gravel driveway after a snowstorm so we could get to the cottage! The cottage is stocked with all kinds of amenities and extras, and WOW what great towels! The bed was so comfortable! Really top notch experience!

Tiny farm in suburbia
4/5 Cute little studio with full kitchen, bathroom and closet. Was a bit surprised by the front door not fully opening/scraping on the floor, but everything turned out to be nice. Awesome location and cool property with the CSA garden there. A little known rural-feeling piece of Arvada, right in the middle of town. Great access to Olde Town! Loved the location.
