Arvada stay
3/5 It was a great location.
Big family, no problem
5/5 With four bedrooms and multiple levels, our family was able to have a great time. Old Town Arvada is a really great place to enjoy leisure time. And it was close enough to Denver to enjoy the Horse Expo we came for, taking the train instead of driving thru traffic and dealing with parking.

Nice place, good location
4/5 This is a nice place, only a 15 minute walk to Olde Town Arvada and convenient to shopping just a few minutes drive away. Neighbors were nice also. There are a few things the owners can improve on:
- The middle upstairs bedroom has a closet but no hangers, and worse no dowel to hang the hangers on. Just an empty closet to throw things on the floor.
- The photos show a grill and firepit in the outdoor space. They were not there.
- Some basic items (like salt and pepper for example) were not to be found. And only four wine glasses total, which meant having to wash them almost daily.
All things considered, a positive experience and a comfortable stay.
September 2022 Denver Visit
4/5 Comfortable house and nice quiet neighborhood. Worked perfectly for us although living room area is small for the number of adults it can house if all the bedrooms were full. We were fine as one couple was not able to attend. Kitchen has very limited cookware compared to other houses i have rented so not ideal if you want to prepare many meals at the house. I received a very quick response to the one question i had during our stay.

5/5 This home was perfect for our three generations of family to use as a home base while visiting family in Arvada. The proximity to Old Town Arvada was ideal.
