• Great house!!

  Came to the Denver area to celebrate a friends birthday, and this house worked out perfectly for us! It’s in a great area, we felt safe and comfortable at all times in the neighborhood. The house is well appointed and kept up, we had everything we could have needed! Everyone enjoyed the backyard and playing some basketball as well as the ping pong table in the basement! We only had a couple questions during our stay and Billy was very responsive and helpful! Would have no issues staying here again if I was coming back to the area!

• You cannot “put lipstick on a pig”

  From the dirt covering the vents. Filthy baseboards, food and grim in every cabinet of the kitchen. This doesn’t begin to cover the experience. The backyard is far from what the pictures portray. The basketball rim is bent The “playground” is very worn down and the playhouse is actually a locked shed for storage. My toddler even found a needle top to a USED SYRINGE under their washer. After being nice enough to contact the owner of the property. He came over with very little concern and didn’t even offer to the dispose of the needle. The owner proceeded to tell me “ how he could count on one hand. How many 3 star reviews he has had since 2018.” Finally, he basically asked me “what I wanted?” As if I I was pawning for a compensation….. At first I was not going to write this review, but I want to save someone from wasting their money on this property. Yes, it is close to most amenities, but like the old saying goes “You cannot put lipstick on a pig”and this is the whole hog. Extremely disappointed.

  Kassandra, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
  - Like any home with a forced air system, there will be dust. We do clean the vents, but it's possible that they may have been missed and were dusty. We will add this to the list to ensure they are not dusty
  - We take cleanliness seriously and although we do a thorough cleaning after each guest at times we humans can miss something. White baseboards do accumulate dust, but we would never leave anything filthy
  - There is no food or grime in any of the kitchen cabinets, if you have photos we would appreciate you sharing them with us
  - The basketball rim is bent, we're sorry about this but we can't control what happens with each guest. This happened by a past guest but we do not feel this needs to be replaced. It still works just fine
  - The photos in the listing were taken in the summer when the grass was green and the flowers were in bloom. Old man Winter doesn't look so great and when the trees and grass is dormant we can't expect it to look good, we also winterize by putting items away when it is cold
  - The playground is made of cedar, and it tends to fade over time. This is not listed as a playhouse this is a storage shed we use to store outdoor items and such. We lock it because we don't want things to walk away because unfortunately, they do
  - It was an oversight that there was a needle under the washer. We do not check under the washer every time, we are sorry that your toddler found this. Again we are sorry for this unfortunate occurrence, we did respond within 20 minutes and I apologized profusely. We are thankful that nothing happened and that the needle was capped.
  - We're sorry if you misunderstood, we were not bragging, merely sharing that we do care about our guests and the property. We asked "how can I make this right?" we would never imply that you were asking for anything in return, we do have a history of guests who have enjoyed and appreciated our property
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

• Great house!

  We stayed here while we worked at the national western Stockshow. It was nice to come home very night to a cozy house, there was plenty of room for all of us and the downstairs living area was great! There are two kitchens, so it made it easy for everyone to make their meals. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

  This house was the perfect stay for our group. The kitchen, restrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked. The house was clean and tidy, and there were festive decorations for the holiday season. The property manager was prompt in responding to our messages. We would stay here again!
