Just what we needed!
5/5 Overall, this is a superb little rental home, especially at this price point. Nicely maintained, tidy, VERY clean, and conveniently located. You can tell the owner genuinely cares. Kitchen was large and very well-equipped, and the expanded family room was fantastic. The backyard was much more interesting and entertaining than most homes. I'm sure summer would really be enjoyable with the foilage and excellent covered sitting area. We were there from Georgia to visit our daughter in college so the Colorado cold was no fun for us. The HOUSE was warm and all the mechanical components were newer/renovated and worked well, but I know now I would never install a tankless water heater unless I liked cool showers. Visitors might also appreciate a little more comfortable/larger beds, at least in one bedroom. Only had one minor issue the entire stay and Brad responded immediately, on Thanksgiving week. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Easy to get around.
5/5 The listing was in a very quiet secure neighborhood. Close to a number of restaurants and stores. Just outside of Denver and airport. Easy drive to Boulder and RMNPark. Very comfortable house.

4/5 Feels like home. Instantly felt comfortable. Spacious living room. Landscaping pond with koi. Great place to relax. Had everything we needed. Great kitchen area. Near retail center, quiet neighborhood.
