Views are worth it
5/5 We had a quick trip to do some hiking and sight seeing. This location was great, easy 15-20 min drive from Breck. Woke up each morning to a family of moose in the front yard eating the aspens. Property was clean, exactly as in the listing, super easy check in and out. Only watch-out, use the directions for county road 12, it’s a bit longer, but CR-10 is a bumpy road. We had an outback and it’s a bit much. Overall we will stay here again next year.

I’m sure you are glad that you read and followed the directions for County Road 12! Country Road 10 is not plowed during winter months and is almost impossible to use! Peaceful Place
5/5 This is a very nice property and exactly the quiet setting we needed after a busy week in Breckenridge. The house is nicely decorated and well-furnished with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, a kitchen loaded with all needed utensils and appliances, a large deck to watch sunsets and wildlife, a private back patio for grilling and hanging out, and a downstairs with bedrooms, bath and living area with large TV. The internet service performed well when we needed it for work. Finally, Patrick was a very attentive and friendly host who did a great job taking care of any requests that we had. I definitely recommend this property and Patrick to anyone looking to get away to a peaceful setting for some down time.
