First we got there and the first thing we saw was liquor bottles and beer cans littered all around the home. Then we were so exited to hop in to the Hot tub, (which was the reason why we rented out the home in the first place) but when we opened the jacuzzi the water was so dirty that it smelled awful and the interior of the hot tub was slippery because a greenish slime was forming all around the tub. I was ready to just pack my bags and just leave. But I got in contact with the Host and I was promised that they will have someone come by to clean the hot tub the next day at 7am. So I decided to give it a chance so I stayed. The next day it was about 8:30am and nobody had shown up to clean it. Finally at around 9a.m they showed up to clean it and they had it cleaned by 11am. But they informed us that it will take a while for it to get hot enough to be able to use it. So eventually we waited all day and all night. But the Hot Tub only managed to get to 88° by 11:00pm. By then it was way to late and way to cold and windy outside to get in. So we literally never got to enjoy the main reason on why we rented out the home since we had only rented it for 2 nights. Also I can't even count how many spider and bugs we had to kill inside the home. Just my self killed 2 spiders in the bed. 4 in the restroom and like 5 in the living room and kitchen. The master bedrooms bathroom is also infested with tiny termite looking bugs, there all over the floors and sink. Also 1 bedroom was pretty much useless because it had a broken bed. It had like a large sink hole in the middle of the bed and when we looked under the bed the middle support frame was broken. Also I'm not sure what caused it but all of us constantly kept getting shocked every time we touched a metal surfaces in the home. Also we had to wash most of the dishes because someone just put them away inside the cabinets without washing them. The fridge also looked like it wasn't cleaned out after the last person who rented it, It had stuff still in there and was a bit dirty and sticky inside. The home is very beautiful tho and has a lot of potential. But there's definitely a couple of things that need be improved tho. Because it was kind of embarrassing having to deal with all of those issues infront of my family and friends.
We rented this house for a family trip to visit Joshua Tree NP. The house was great. Huge house, great kitchen, ping pong table and very conveniently located close to the NP. Would reviennent to anyone.

Great home in Yucca Valley! The house was very spacious for our Ladies Weekend Getaway. We loved the large kitchen and dining table. Also, we very much enjoyed the firepit in the backyard. We were comfortable on the patio furniture with great sunset views. Another great feature was the TV room. The tv was huge and allowed for all of us to enjoy a movie together. Overall, we had an amazing time at this rental and would definitely go back.
size of home good 3 bedroom 3 bath. large kitchen stocked with the essentials. We dinned in often. Great location to enter Joshua Tree National park. Easy commute down to the Valley - we enjoyed our spring break! We will be back

My family spent spring break in Joshua Tree / Palm springs. This property was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It really was too much space for the 3 of us! Here's the pros -The kitchen had just the right utensils and pots to cover the cook's needs. Dishwasher install was rough but the dishwasher worked. The patio grilled was nice to have.
Plenty of towels and extra sheets if they were needed. Sitting under the stars in the hot tub is a nice way to end a day of hiking.
The action inside from the intense ping pong games at times was too much :)
Cons -The front living room needed more seating. I believe the house is getting updated or I do hope so...the doors seals were all off except 1. It rained really good for the entire day and the rug inside was soaked. Hot water ran Hot, but ran out quickly. House advertised garage parking - the garage was full of trash - construction trash and old mattress.
Service from the time we booked to the time we departed was responsive and informative. I was sent a text with contact info to reach if I needed any assistance. It's great to have good customer service.
I would stay here again.
