Nice house, but beware of plumbing!
1/5 While the house is beautiful, it was plagued by plumbing issues throughout our four-day stay. When we requested to have the plumbing issues resolved, Courtney, the property manager, begrudgingly sent her husband as the maintenance man to address both toilets being unflushable. This was after we spent hours on our first and second night trying to plunge the toilets to get them to work. He was rude to us and made it abundantly clear that he felt very inconvenienced by the request to address the plumbing. It got to the point where we had to leave the premise when we needed to use the toildet, as Courtney became non-responsive to our calls for help. After our stay, I communicated some of our frustrations about these issues, and Courtney’s response was filled with blame and attempts to make us feel like we should be happy with what we got. The following is the response we received from Courtney: “I was more then accommodating with coming out to clear the toilet and then granted a 2 hour late checkout because of the issues to just be sensitive. The bottom line is there is no issue with the toilets and you abused the toilets and I more then accommodated. I have already informed evolve of the situation . No refunds will be issued and extra fees should have been charged and were not . Its a brand new building how in the world did you manage to do this repeatedly ?”

Luxury retreat
5/5 New, bright, crisp, upscale, with subtle luxury elements, I can go on and on about the property. If you’re having a second thoughts, please don’t. You will not regret. For sure, our party does not.
