  Everything was nice-- plenty of rooms, nice family room, lots of bathrooms, beautiful pool. The only thing that would have made the stay nicer is if we had the ability to change the thermostat/air conditioning or open the windows. The rooms got warm and stuffy--making it a bit difficult to sleep.

There is something in your review that I would like to clarify. You stated that you would’ve liked to be able to “control the thermostat and be able to open the windows” I feel like there has been some kind of miscommunication as I communicated to you upon check-in that the thermostats were remote-controlled and that I just needed to be contacted any time of day to change it for you. The A/C was running for your entire stay. Also, you were most definitely allowed to open the windows. The only thing communicated to you was to not open the windows while the A/C is running which is not unreasonable, otherwise the house would not cool. Unfortunately, during your stay, there was one of the worst July heatwaves we’ve ever experienced here so it was incredibly hot! I would’ve gladly changed the temperature lower to make it to your liking if I would’ve been contacted about it. Thanks again for staying at our property."

• Beautiful, spacious property

  The house is spacious, with plenty of bedrooms for our 10 adults and 9 small children. The family room has a nice gathering area, the pool is beautiful--with a shallow area for the little people, and there are many bathrooms. The only thing that could have made it better would have been ability to control the thermostat or open the windows. It did get a little warm and stuffy at times during our July visit.

• Great rental

  The location and house were by far one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. It was very clean and spacious to accommodate my large family so that we could spend the holidays together. There was plenty of room for everyone. Staying there was just like staying in a brand-new house. It was super clean, no dirt, dust, nor hair to be found. I really appreciated the cleanliness. My family loved it. More importantly, this location has set the new standards for large family gatherings. Althought I had never been to Vista, this was a perferct alternative to San Diego. My family was able to do all they wanted to do: go to the beach, shopping, and partying. The location did not hinder any plans.

  John was the greates host. He was polite and accessible at all times, even during late night hours when the jacuzzi was being used.

  I would definelty reccomend this location. Finally I will use this location again when hosting any event for my family while they are in California. Thank you so much.
