CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

- The access code to get into the building is 9002#
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1971. If for any reason, the keyless entry is not working, use the lockbox on the wall to obtain the key. The lockbox code is the same, 1971
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the studio by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off the fireplace
- Turn the heater down to 60 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the studio is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
