Great spot for a weekend stay
4/5 The place was great! The room were large and plenty of space. We really enjoyed hanging out in the living room. Loved that we were so close to the lake (quick 5 min walk). The main issue was the bathroom/shower. The bathroom are a little small but definitely manageable. The main that the showers clogged as soon as we got in so that was definitely a little bit of a concern. All in all would rent this again!

Clean, Comfortable, A/C
4/5 This is a nicely updated home with a slice of a Donner Lake view from the front deck and a comfortable dining area in the fenced in backyard. It is a convenient yet busy location. The neighbors' street garbage blows into the front yard, cheapening the general appearance. It is surprisingly quiet inside, given the street noise. There is a hot tub in the backyard, but it was empty. All beds were comfortable with pillow tops. Both bathrooms had good water pressure. Everything was very clean! Newer appliances. You will need to bring your own beach towels, cooking spray, tinfoil, etc. I couldn't find any kitchen tongs, otherwise all of the basics were there. The A/C sealed the deal for us-a surprisingly rare amenity in Truckee. We would return.

Nice location
4/5 Nice updated house, big living room and kitchen. Outside deck furniture could be in better shape and cleaner. Microwave didn't work and bathtub drain wouldn't close. Overall nice place.
