  Stayed her for a small bachelorette weekend. There was plenty of space and it was close to wineries. The pool was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. The house has new appliances and comfy beds

  The only thing is I wish it had a keypad entrance instead of a key. Because there was about 10 of us it was hard to coordinate who gets the key.

  Thank you for a great stay. Very comfortable and clean. Too bad we were mostly working and could not spend more time at the house to enjoy it. Anne was very easy to work with and helpful although we did not have any issues. We will definitely return.

  Our family enjoyed this spacious home (beautiful kitchen), pool and friendly/helpful host. It was a added bonus to have a private bathroom in each bedroom (perfect for getting ready for a wedding). I would stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone staying in Temecula.

• Not as advertised

  We were very disappointed with the property because there were several items in the advertisement that were not accurate and many other disappointing factors.First, the pool/jacuzzi were not usable due to a broken heater. The main reason we chose this property was for the pool/jacuzzi and we were not informed that we wouldn’t be able to use them. In fact, photos and mention of the pool were highlighted in the advertisement, which was very misleading.Second, the beds were not as advertised either. The listing states the property had 5 queen-sized beds and could sleep 10, however the beds in the rooms were doubles, and it was a very tight squeeze to fit 2 small people. The sofa couches were singles and could not have fit 2 people if we tried. Luckily, we brought air mattresses for the rest of our party to sleep on, otherwise we would not have had enough space to fit everyone.Other aspects of this property that were disappointing include that the patio furniture pictured in the advertisement was missing and the patio furniture that was provided was very dirty and therefore not usable. There were also several items left outside by someone else, including a jacket and drink.Next, there were several missing items including curtains, which made it difficult for those on the sofa beds to sleep. There were not enough linens or blankets for everyone. We were told the kitchen had “the basics” however we had to go purchase several items ourselves including a cutting board, other cooking utensils, and tupperware. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Finally, the instruction manual provided did not have all the information needed. In fact, it didn’t look like it was fully reviewed as there were several pages with template language for the owner to insert specific information. Several light switches were either non-functional or we couldn’t figure out what they were connected to. We were unable to turn off some lights outside, which again made it difficult for people to sleep.Ultimately we were not satisfied with this property at all and would not consider staying here again. I don’t like writing bad reviews and I know the owner is new to this process so I reached out to the owner directly to provide this feedback and got no response.

  Hi Alicia, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
  -Our listing states the pool and spa or not heated.
  -Our listing is accurate and states the beds are queen-size.
  -The patio furniture is in the area on the side facing the street. During the winter, we put them there because no one was using them. The furniture is accessible to guests and can be moved if they like. You could've reached out to us, and we would have gladly helped to move them.
  -We are not sure about a jacket, a drink, or dirty patio furniture. The patio furniture can be dusty from being outside, but they were not dirty.
  -For a party of 10, we provide five sets of sheets (three are already on the queen size beds and two extras for the sofa). There are three comforters on the beds, three extra-large blankets, and 10 throw blankets. Per guest, there are two large bath towels, one medium towel, and 1 small towel. If more is needed, we can accommodate.
  -We have a cutting board in the cabinet, and we do have many cooking utensils. They are in the drawers and the two holders by the stove.
  We don't have plastic tupperware, but we do have glass bowls in different sizes with plastic cover tops that are in the kitchen cabinets.
  -In each of the four bathrooms, there is a holder that has four rolls of toilet paper. We also provide three rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. Again, if more was needed we would've accommodated.
  -Our bedrooms are all en-suite. If you enter the bedroom, the light can be turned on or off by the bedroom door. But if you leave the bathroom, the bedroom lights can also be turned on and off from the switch closer to the bathroom for convenience.
  -Unfortunately, we can tell you had a party and our cleaning team had much to clean. We want guests to enjoy their stay, but ask that they respect our house rules and property.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
