- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- There is a backup lockbox available if the keyless entry fails. Please reach out to the Guest Contact if needed
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher 1 hr prior to departure if you have time.
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave used beds unmade
- Please return all pool table supplies to the
- Place towels in bathtub or start a load 1 hr prior to departure if you have time
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please clean the grill if used during your stay
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Dogs must be crated if unattended
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture

-- IMPORTANT: Keep children and pets safe and secure until the system is completely disarmed
- HOW TO DISARM THE SYSTEM: The off switch is to the left of the front door, turn to the off position; the blinking green light should disappear. Once your system is completely disarmed, unhook the bungees at each door
- HOW TO ARM THE SYSTEM: Always check to ensure your system is disarmed before handling and components. Reattach the bungees at each door, making sure they’re horizontal to the ground and parallel to each
other. Do not cross the bungees. Arm your system by sliding the controller to the ON (right) position to arm the system. Several blinking lights should appear and transition to a single blinking green light after a few seconds
