- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return parking pass. Leave the parking permit on the entryway table
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

PARKING:

- Garage door button is located to the right of the garage entry door above the light switch. The garage door opener is not available for use
- To park, it is necessary to back in. To do this, please:
- Drive down the driveway and turn right (away from the unit)
- Next, Reverse towards the garage, turning gradually to line your car up with the garage
- Next, pull forward to straighten your car.
- Last, reverse into the garage. It is helpful to turn on the garage light for better visibility or use assistance from someone in your party
