Dirty Backyard and Very Hot Kitchen
2/5 I wouldn't stay in the property because the Backyard was dirty and FULL of Flies and Bees and it wasn't anything close to compare to the pictures on the website. Another big issue was poor air circulation in the kitchen and we were in a big pain whenever we wanted to prepare anything in the kitchen because of the heat! The kitchen Must have an AC which it doesn't. the little fan in the kitchen wasn't helpful at all. another surprise was the small garage, basically if you have a car bigger than mini miner don't even think you'd be able to use the garage. The location was 6 min driving distance from the beach which was a privilege. In general the location of the house was pretty cool, just make sure if you wanna book this house don't be so excited to use the backyard as we did NOT have the chance to do so either!

Easy access to everything, property manager very helpful.
4/5 Getting to the beach, restaurants, downtown, Sea World...all was easy and within 10-15 minutes. The house is cute and well decorated. When we arrived we were expecting 3 air conditioners, but only 1 was installed and the house was very warm. The property manager had the other 2 installed the next day and it was a more comfortable temperature after that. The beds were firm. The garage is tiny...tried parking in there but couldn't open the car doors once in, so street parking was our only option. It was not easy finding parking, usually involved a block or two walk back to the house.
