Great location!
5/5 The property was exactly what we needed. Centrally located, walking distance to shops, food and the beach. The owner was super responsive! I would highly recommend this property.

Sweeping Hilltop View
5/5 My boyfriend and I chose this spot for a long weekend away, and it definitely met all our needs. Walkable to downtown, clean, cozy, well equipped. As for the view, the photos just don’t do it justice - the ocean vista is striking, and when the sun goes down, you can see the twinkling lights of downtown OB. We also really appreciated the complimentary wine, and though we didn’t make use of it, the provided beach gear was a nice touch. My only critique here is to make it more transparent that the owners are on-site, it came as a bit of a surprise that the main house was so close/in such clear view of the unit (I couldn’t tell from the photos). Outside of that, lovely stay!
Ideal place
5/5 Renting was easy……checkin as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our stay. Fabulous view, especially in the mornings. Easy access to wherever we wanted to go.Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed to make the stay a great success. Wonderful hosts.

Excellent location, peaceful & secure ...
5/5 Clean, comfortable, secure, and grateful for the off-the-street parking with the added bonus of garage parking. The accommodation is above the garage (no need to lightly step as no one is below). which lends itself to a beautiful view of the ocean waves and sunsets. Good location. Highly recommend. Hope to return.
Cozy & comfortable
5/5 We enjoyed all the small touches bill added to the apt. It was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located to everything! Balcony view of OB was the icing on the cake.
