  The good:1. The location can't be beat! 2. The condo was appropriately sized for what we needed3. The patio was awesome...firepit was great4. kitchen & bathroom was clean 5. Garage parking was much neededThe not so good:1. Garage door opener code did not work which property management knew about but never fixed2. Property manager picked up phone calls right away...emails came a day late3. Front door opening instructions not clear in original email4. Very noisy when other units are rented at the same time5. kitchen garbage can broken and difficult to open6. Bedroom door with frosted glass panel was nice, but the motion light on front patio turned on and off all night long allowing a lot of light to enter the bedroom, waking us up7. Temporary paper window coverings...REALLY???8. TV remote had no volume control making watching TV difficult9. Non-stick pans need to be replaced as there were many scratches in the coating allowing them to get into your food. We couldn't use them to cook. It should be well known by now that non stick coatings are harmful to your health.Overall it was a nice place but all the small negatives should really be addressed. It's really in the details that make or break a place like this considering what the cost of renting it is.

• Excellent Location

  This unit is ideally located and nicely appointed. It was right on the bay with nice views. I had confusion between the emailed instructions and the information provided in a welcome book in the unit. I texted the host, and they responded quickly, confirming my question. Additionally, the welcome book asked that the linens be stripped from the bed when checking out. Although this was the first time I had this request using a vacation rental, I complied only to find that one of the pillows and the duvet cover had sweat stains (not mine), which grossed me out. The noise was an issue. It sounded like someone was in the unit above in high heels pacing back and forth excessively. All in all, I would recommend this rental.

• Perfect weekend getaway!

  The space was perfect! It is situated near any amenity you might need. It is perfect for sight seeing and even more perfect for just hanging and taking in the ambiance. We took walks in the morning and afternoons and had a wonderful bbq while sitting next to the fire pit. Our only complaint was that we only stayed 2 nights :). We would love to come back!

• Comfortable and clean.

  Stayed for 3 nights and the home was very clean and comfortable. There are a few minor issues, the most challenging was the directions for opening the unit door. I was a solo traveler and found the home roomy. However, note there are no towel bars in the bathroom and limited space for toiletries. I would bring and over the door towel bar and suction cup holders for shampoo, etc for the shower and bathroom as the only shelf in the shower is big enough for a single bar of soap. The bed pillows could be replaced as one or 2 are obviously well used. I would also have appreciated an arm chair in the living room in addition to the sofa. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, etc. I wish there had been a toaster. I would definitely consider staying again.

• Great Location on the Bayside

  It was a perfect place for us - walking distance to restaurant and the bay just outside the door. We brought our paddle boards so it was easy to go for a paddle any time.We weren't able to get into the 3 space garage one evening (another renter was over too much and the homeowner across the alley had their vehicle parked so that we weren't able to get a good angle into the remaining spot.) but there is parking nearby that we were able to find.The first night, the unit on the second floor had a bachelorette party that was loud into the early morning hours. They also set off the security light outside in the hallway. Our unit had a frosted window in the bedroom into that area, so it was like someone turning on the bedroom lights when that happened. I would suggest a pull down shade for that window. If you have issues call the contact instead of texting. Our code didn't work and the contact answered and got us in the door right away. However, when the wifi stopped working, it wasn't urgent so I just texted and didn't hear back at all. It was a great location but there's no guarantee that you will not have loud renters above you.
