  I've emailed the property manager and VRBO about this and have not gotten a response back. Our trip was 2 weeks ago. As I stated in that email, there was nothing wrong with the unit itself, it was updated and clean. We had a hard time getting in with the code we were given, we had to call our contact in order to get in.Online it states there may be other guests staying in the unit.What isn't mentioned is that there are permanent residents and that your unit in particular, takes up the majority of the patio. There were goggles, snorkels, kids toys all over the patio. No black our curtain for any privacy if people were on the patio, they could stare directly in the unit and the bed is right there. This trip was for our honeymoon and we were very disappointed in the misleading property ad.We ended up not staying any of the nights we were going to & got a room at a near by hotel. I knew with such late notice I wouldn't be getting a refund, but spending more at a hotel was more comforting than staying at this property.I was not going to write a review, but from the lack of communication from previous emails I have sent, this seemed to be the best way to get our experience across.

• Quiet and relaxing!

  Great location close to the beach, restaurants and Belmont Park! Cozy accommodations but has everything you need! Hot tub was clean! Fire pit was AWESOME! Neighbors were there but not a problem at all! Thanks for the stay!

  The location is perfect but that's about all that is desirable about this property. The parking isn't clear. It states “adjacent” but doesn't specify specifically where exactly. When we entered the property the floor was a bit sandy and stuffy didn't smell very fresh. The patio was also unkept and not inviting. The quiet time listed in the welcome binder states 9pm and on the wall states 10pm. The note on the wall also states to be courteous of the property's permanent tenants. However the individual's who occupy the property above the unit proceeded to have a loud party until early hours of the morning 5am-6am. Loud voices, music and footsteps could not even be drowned out by turning the volume up on the television. The tenants became aware of us the next morning, however the party continued the next evening. Also the hot tub also could be better kept. I did reach out to property management and have not heard back from them. This was a very disappointing stay as the property seemed so promising at booking. Stay clear. Rent some place else.

  - We apologize for any confusion regarding the parking. We will update the listing description to ensure that guests are aware the parking is tight and located in the garage in the alley.
  - While the other guest's noise levels are out of the owner's control, we're sorry they made your stay less enjoyable. We encourage guests to reach out to the local contact while in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. They would have been happy to reach out to the other guest and kindly ask them to respect the quiet hours.
  - The studio is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's stay, but the owner will pass along your feedback to the cleaners so they can look into the items you mention and address them for future guests.

  Loved being right on the bay, gorgeous views and much quieter and more relaxed than the beach side, but just a quick walk to the beach as well!
