Wonderful Home!
5/5 This was a great vacation home for me, my husband, daughter and son-in-law. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. We visited Coronado, Del Mar, La Jolla, Torrey Pines Golf Club, Midway Aircraft Carrier, Aquarium and San Diego Zoo. All are in different directions but all within a easy 30 minute drive (most were a 20 minute drive). Neighborhood was safe and quiet and walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice appliances. The owner did not scrimp on building or furnishings--it was well appointed. This was a very clean home (a top priority of mine!). The pictures lead you to believe the lower level is more cramped than it actually is. It is spacious enough for 4-5 people to congregate in and not feel on top of each other. The weather did not cooperate during our visit so we did not get to enjoy the back area but it is very nice and private. I would have loved to have had my morning coffee out there. The owner does live on the property but is not intrusive--was there if we needed him but not noticed when we didn't. The check in/out process was seamless. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay here again should we return.

Exceeded Expectations
5/5 A new, beautifully furnished home! Comfy sofa, beds & pillows. This place is stocked with everything you could possibly need! High quality dishes, pans & tons of spices & appliances. The owners were very friendly and helpful; provided a long list of things to do in the area and were available anytime we needed. Nothing but great things to say about this stay. It was perfect for the family.

5/5 Just the right distance from OB commercial area/beach - 15 minute walk. Really beautiful, very clean and well maintained unit. Great amenities and very relaxing enviro. Courteous and responsive hosts. Would definitely come back to stay.
