Wonderful House!
5/5 I was in town on business with my team. This house was perfect. VERY clean, comfortable, and close to everything. I will definitely book this again.
Beautiful time at Sunset Villa
5/5 We stayed at this location for a 10 person low key bachelorette party. The property manager checked in a few days before arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The communication throughout the weekend was fantastic and appreciated the follow up after we left too.
It's a quiet family neighborhood with amazing views from the backyard. We didn't pay extra to heat the pool, but it was warm throughout the weekend so it was fine. For the evenings, we did warm up the spa which was a relaxing way to end the evening.
There was plenty of bathroom/ bedroom space for 10 girls (ages 23-33) to get ready for the day/ night. Also plenty of space to eat all together in the formal dining room and outside patio. Linens, bath towels, pool towels were all provided.
We didn't bring a car, but after we arrived took a quick Uber/ Lyft trip to Vons (~6 min drive, $10). They also do same day delivery. To get to downtown it was about a ~30 min drive and we usually got an XL 5-20 minutes after ordering.
It was really easy to save money by doing meals at the house because plenty of appliances, plates, space, etc. We used the BBQ, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and all worked great. Only thing to note was there was no napkins, only one roll of paper towels provided, so make sure to pick up some extras.
I would absolutely recommend staying here and would visit for another similar trip in the future! Would also be great for families since there were games, toys, life vests at the house as well.
The process was very simple, Lisa was great and accommodated is.

Great stay for the whole family.
5/5 Our family had an amazing time here. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and everything surpassed our expectations. The property manager Lisa communication was great. The pool and spa were a great escape in the evening after busy days in San Diego. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Perfect Getaway
5/5 My framily and I had the best time in this home! It’s the perfect size for multiple couples and the location is excellent. The view is amazing, amenities are fantastic and service from property manager was great! Would highly recommend!
