The place was very conveniently located, super easy to figure out checking-in/checking-out, and nice amenities! Would absolutely stay here again!
5/5 Not a horrible place to stay
3/5 Could have been cleaner. Found a few cheerios throughout the place left behind from previous vacationers. Bed was not good at all. It's a 4 inch mattress on top of a box spring. Pull out couch bed was horrid. Vertical window blinds throughout property broken and falling off at the slightest touch. Not a bad location but seems owner is somewhat frugal with decor and cleanliness. Over all if the price was lower I'd recommend. First and last stay at this one for us.

"I sincerely apologize for the cleaning service. I have made our cleaning company aware of this. They are usually very thorough, but we will expect them to be more consistently comprehensive in the future. We have replaced the beds and installed memory foam mattresses on the sofa beds. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future!"

Third time staying here
5/5 I have been lucky enough to reserve this location the past few times that I've visited Pacific Beach. Easy to find, everything is in walking distance. Never have been bothered by the neighbors. I look forward to staying here again.

Only issues!
3/5 Grill not useable...was on assumption it was a gas not charcoal grill. Found a cockroach in living room and one in nightstand drawer..Besides that it was absolutely perfect.
