Adequate for our needs
4/5 My children, grandchildren, and I were in town for a family funeral, so it was a very emotional time. We were not at the house very much, mostly just to sleep. The house was fine, and the fact that they allow dogs was the main reason it was chosen. It didn't have the cozy, welcoming feeling that most vacation rentals I've stayed at seem to have. My only complaint, which is more an observation, is that there is a dart board in the entryway, and a drawer full of metal-tipped darts that was far too easily accessible by my curious 5 and 3-year-old grandsons. I ended up removing the drawer and storing it on a shelf in the laundry room for the duration of our stay.

Beautiful property
5/5 This property is absolutely beautiful and is super relaxing to stay in. I hope to stay again when its a little warmer so i can take advantage of the pool! Highly recommend staying here

Could be better
3/5 Hot tub was unoperational and pool wasn't properly cleaned. I stayed an hour or a lil more after checkout to clean up the rental as requested although you pay like 150$ cleaning fee already. The owner reported us to evolve which threatened us with violation for being on property after check out hours... I spent almost 1000$ for three nights of stay n super early check out! Check in times not till after 4pm too...
A weekend full of memories
5/5 I was looking around at various vacation rental sites for the weekend of my 30th birthday and could not believe how good of luck I had to find this rental on Evolve.
With no reviews, I thought it was going to be too good to be true, but as soon as I pulled up to the property I know it was everything myself and the people who came over could ever have dreamed of! Very spacious, good area tucked away in south Natomas, with a place that is perfect for entertaining.
Brad, the host, was very communicative throughout our stay and helped us when we couldn’t figure out the hot tub and when we were getting a bit too noisy for the neighbors later in the evening. The pool and home were very clean and there was materials for everything you could need including dish ware and grilling accessories.
The only knock I have against the place is that the hot tub never quite got that hot, and the cameras set up in the backyard were unnerving to some of my guests being that they pointed directly at the pool area.
Other than that though, great time, many memories, and an environment perfectly suited for any kind of event!
