Great Choice!
5/5 Arrival information was great. The location was perfect – close to grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses. The house is spacious, comfortable and well furnished. It does need to be decluttered of owners personal décor however. Minimizing in bathrooms and kitchen will help a lot to give space for renter’s personal things. I loved the large kitchen and gas range but the pantry, drawers and cupboards were disorganized and not well stocked. The owner graciously reimbursed us for any kitchen items we needed to purchase. I totally enjoyed cooking in this kitchen.We spent a month in the house with family visiting for a weekend. The bedrooms were all a good size and furnished nicely. Plenty of linens for everyone. Super comfortable spacious family room with large screen TV. Wifi and Roku worked well with no issues.The outdoor space with pool and spa were great. Issues with the heater were immediately taken care of. Weekly yard clean up and pool cleaning were always on schedule therefore not interfering with our privacy.The owner was exceptionally cooperative, friendly and thoughtful.We will definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!
