  The pictures don’t do this place justice! Clean and well cared for house in a nice peaceful neighborhood. Had a wonderful stay with no issues, would definitely recommend!

• House Flooded after 10 hours of being there. Had to vacate the premise.

  The property was beautiful, just as pictured, however the bottom of the house where three bedrooms smelled like Mildew upon arrival. 10 hours later the three bedrooms had water coming up through the floor as it had been raining for 10 hours. I called the owner and he came over quickly but asked us to leave as he didnt know how long he would be dealing with the water issue. I would NOT stay there again. Also, the power went out for over 6 hours and the house was getting cold and the owner would not let use the fireplace for heat.

  -We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, there was an unprecedented storm that cause flooding and a power outage and we promptly went to the home to assess the situation. Once we learned the condition of the home, for your safety, we suggested it was best for you to relocate. Additionally, the fireplace is for decoration only.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Great time creating memories

  Our stay was wonderful start to finish! A very welcoming arrival! We opened the door to a warm and inviting ambiance. Everything just as advertised with many additional surprises. We had a great time creating holiday memories with family from near and far, including Brazil. Kitchen fully equipped. We had a wonderful time sharing our American cuisine and holiday favorites. Even a Foosball table that started up some friendly competition with a once upon a time star Brazilian soccer player. Our thanks to a very accommodating and responsive host.

• Excellent Location and Home

  Pioneer and the surrounding area are great for a quick weekend getaway. This house has a perfect location on top of being a great place to stay. Plenty of restaurants within 20min (including one about a 1/3 mile down the road), and a market is less than 5 min away. The scenery off of the porch is picturesque, and there are plenty of big windows to view it from the main living areas.

  The home has been updated/renovated and nothing feels old or worn out. Big comfortable couches and two great gathering spaces up and down stairs.

  The sleeping situation is great for two couples and a few kids if you are a picky sleeper.

• A nice home for Kids and adults and for skiing at Kirkwood

  We stayed at this home for 4 nights.

  Our goal was to ski at Kirkwood and spend some time in a relaxed manner playing games and watching movies.

  With this home, we were able to completely achieve it with great satisfaction.

  The big advantage of this home was two large living rooms with TV and lots of seats. Kids watched movies, played electronic games in the downstairs living room and adults spend time in the upstairs living room.

  There was a third tv in the downstairs bed room.

  The upstairs which has bedroom , living room and kitchen are recently renovated and has new appliances. The kitchen is spacious. This are really looked and felt modern.

  The downstairs is also renovated, but not to the same condition as upstairs. They have 8 beds - 6 downstairs and 2 upstairs. A couple of the downstairs beds could have been bit more comfortable.

  The outside area (deck and patio) has lots of seating, opens to the golf course and is beautiful. Because of cold and rain , we did not sit outside.

  When we arrived, the home was clean, with clean linens and towels.

  Overall , we were all happy with this home and will definitely book here again.
