  You may wish to invest a little money in property. Some outside chairs broken, main door knob broken inside door. Difficult to lock - perhaps changing it out. Bedroom window on upper floor doesn't lock. Gets extremely hot upper level, perhaps more fans. Screens on all sliding doors to circulate air and/or ceiling fans in bedrooms. Handles on kitchen cabinets would make drawers easier to open, perhaps you wouldn't have so many broken drawers if there were handles. Instructions on how to fill ice drawer of refrigerator - ran out of ice quickly.

• Scenic views; could use some updates

  Came to this property with a family group looking for a nice place to chill out and relax. There’s not a ton to do in Pine Mountain Club, especially without access to the pool and recreation area, but we made do. The Perch in the Pines restaurant was a standout spot, and we went on a few pretty walks around the neighborhood. The house itself fit our large group, which was the main reason we picked it, but it could use some updates and fixes before it is really ready for guests. A few examples — some kitchen drawers missing, broken blender, broken pool bridge, no towel racks in bathrooms, broken handle on fireplace door, rickety outdoor steps, no “guest binder” with info about the house and local things to do. As others have noted, there’s no gas provided for the heat lamps and BBQ. There’s also no laundry detergent or other cleaning supplies — luckily the property caretaker was easy to get a hold of and brought those to us, which was so nice. We had a great time, but a few fixes could make this property a real standout.

  We are a family of 11-adults 2 young kids and one teen.Pro: - spacious and more than enough beds for everyone.- nice neighborhood, beautiful natural surrounding- bedrooms are basic and clean- nice game room with new flooring for the entire downstairs- living room has nice furniture- nice deck furnitureCon:- kitchen is very rundown, cabinet door sticky, some drawers missing drawer fronts, dishwasher appears to be working but doesn't clean at all, "clean" dishes are dirty, fridge's filter needs to be changed peeping constantly, half lights not working or without fixture.- light/fan in upstairs bathroom in master room doesn't work- recroom's vent on the hanging off the ceiling- several screen doors outside were lying on the floor- one stairs planks is loose and not bolted down securely, so it moves when step on. Very unsafe.- many light fixtures in the house not working.-rodan dropping in the kitchen drawers- some shelving looks very old and dirtycontacted property manager, but never show up to take care of the broken appliances and other problems.Overall, this house should not be a rental unless it's fixed and cleaned up. I have photos to prove every single point I list here.

• Amazing property

  This property was just WOW! The location was incredible with breathtaking views, the furniture was amazingly comfortable, ohh and the mattresses, we slept like babies.. Definitely will be going back!
