• Condo for Stagecoach event

  Condo was a bit dated, living room furniture was very uncomfortable, needed more towels, no wash cloths and only one hand towel in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean.

  We are so glad that you enjoyed our home and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, house rules were broken during this stay including the maximum occupancy limit and the ban on parties and large gatherings. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. Additionally, we use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations.
  We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.

• Disappointing Stay

  This property was disappointing from the moment we entered. The living room blinds were broken, and we couldn't open them. When I tried, several slats fell off so we didn't have privacy, and we were uncomfortable using the living room in the evenings. I called the host contact and he said he would be there in the morning (he knew the blinds were a problem). We waited for hours but he didn't come. He finally fixed them a week later. There was a dirty pan in the kitchen and a filthy sponge in the sink. The unit didn't have basic kitchen utensils - like kitchen knives or a spatula - but it had several screwdrivers in the silverware drawer. Some furniture was damaged and some not very clean. We chose this rental for the pickle ball courts, but you can't use the courts simply by renting at PDRCC. If you want to play pickle ball, call the tennis center to find out more.

  We like staying at this Resort as we have in the past. The property was comfortable although the decor was dated and some updates could/should be done. The shower heads need to be replaced as they are old and pressure is low. Overall it was well stocked with plenty of sheets and towels; kitchen had everything we needed. Proximity to the pool was really good.
