Wonderful
5/5 The house was spacious and cozy. It had beautiful views all around and very close access to a pool. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The only thing I would advise people of is if you are a light sleeper be sure to bring earplugs because there is a train that goes by very close by and it is loud. Wonderful stay!

Golf trip stay
5/5 Property worked out great for our golf trip. The condo had all the necessities and had a beautiful view of the course it located on. Robin, the property manager, was great to work with.

palm valley
2/5 a train runs next to the unit all hours of the night and there is a upstairs unit that when people move you hear them-- can't use the facilities because owner doesn't have a membership not worth the money

We can assure you that it is just as advertised online We also provide all the information about the property, such as the amenities home size, and nightly rates before booking to ensure guests find the perfect vacation home for their needs
-The listing details, provided on all platforms and in the pre-stay email communications to each guest are clear and absent of any fine print. The listing is correctly advertised. The pools, Club House, and on-site restaurants are included. However, we do not list Golf, Tennis, and Pickleball they are not included under amenities in the listing. We like to emphasize there is easy access to nearby golf courses, biking, and hiking trails, and world-class sports facilities
-We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, while we cannot control the train, which is barely audible or the neighbors, we are sorry if this made your stay less relaxing. As for any guest, especially at night, we advise that you keep the windows closed as soon as possible after you enter
-We carefully set our nightly rates to be fair but competitive, based on the property itself, amenities offered, and the surrounding area, and we're sorry you were unable to find the value in our home
