Clean, well equipped home in a great location
5/5 This was our second visit to Desert Falls and we chose to return to the same condo. The property manager is excellent - readily available but not intrusive. The unit is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need!

Well equipped home in a beautiful location
5/5 This was our second year staying in the same condo. The unit is well furnished and the kitchen has everything you could need. The Evolve representative was available without being intrusive. We love Desert Falls and hope to return next year.

Great Place to stay… But some issues to be known
4/5 Our staying in the condo was amazing overall. However, there were a few issues that should be noted not only for guests but also for the property managers and the homeowner. The first issue that came up is that in the listing the TV in the living room is listed as a smart TV, however, the TV only has three apps that can be used for viewing movies and TV shows. YouTube, Netflix, HBO max were the only apps available to us. A minor issue in the long run, but something to be known. The other issue that we found during our stay, was that the owner has stickers throughout the house that list guests items or things, and also stickers that list the owners items or things. For example, a section of the freezer in the kitchen is only for the owners food. In the bedroom, there is also a closet that is locked and it’s only for the owner. Personally speaking, it feels very offputting to be renting a house, but yet having to cater to the owners needs and demands almost. We found that if the home is going to be listed as a rental, then the home should be empty of owner’s personal items. Furthermore, a random thing we found rather weird and unexpected was that personal photos of the owner and assumed husband were throughout the home. Personally speaking this just felt a little weird and offputting, because you don’t expect that when you take a rental. It ended up being a minor thing, because we were able to turn the photos away, or just not pay attention to them, but just something to be known. the last thing that was of a little concern is that certain sections of the house and certain things in the kitchen felt dusty and not clean thoroughly, and that certain areas like cabinets, pots and pans did not appear to be clean or felt greasy to the touch. Again, something minor, and something that most people wouldn’t notice, but on our stay, we did notice. Aside from those issues, the house itself in the area in the country club is beautiful and worth the say. The price of the home is good the accommodation is good, and on top of that the area is an amazing area to stay at for vacation. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to see in the area. However, the issues that were listed should be known.
