My Happy Place 😊
5/5 This condo at Monterey GC was lovely.. Close to many pools, and not far from great shopping and restaurants. The owner was very easy
to deal with.
The only negative was that we couldn’t play tennis on empty courts at Monterey due to strata regulations.
Would definitely stay here again.
Nice and clean house in a good location
3/5 The house was nice, clean and had everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. It is located in a well maintained guard gated country club. The only reason I gave it 3 star was the owner/manager controls the thermostat remotely. The provided instruction in the house manual indicating we should be able to set the thermostat between 65-85. However, the owner for some reason decided to lock it at 74 and I have to contact the owner/manager to change the thermostat. Even when I contacted her and told her that we need to make the house warmer; she still lock it at 77. I found it quite unacceptable that we were not allowed to set the thermostat.

We're sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests
-We strive to make our house as comfortable as possible for our guests, we're sorry if you had a hard time staying warm in the home during your stay. Nonetheless, you let us know about the concern with the heat. We have minimums and maximums set for heating and cooling, which protects against high utility bills and damage to the HVAC systems
-Guests can regulate the temperature of the home as they like. We have two HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort. Instructions are in the guidebook. We can remotely turn up the heat as well
-We also encourage guests to reach out to their local contact while in residence as they are always available to assist with concerns. We would have been happy to accommodate had the unique circumstances been communicated to us
We hope you were still able to enjoy your vacation. We have had such positive reviews in the past. We work very hard to ensure all guests have a 5-star experience at our vacation home!Thanksgiving weekend

Relaxing Weekend Getaway
5/5 This home has it all. It's perfectly located to everything. It's my 3rd time here and i love it! Pools everywhere. Minutes to the shops. Perfect stay, i'll be back soon!!
