    Location is good but so is anything in Palm Desert. Pool is close and property manager is responsive and very helpful. However the inside is way over it’s past due date. Everything is tired. Furniture, bedding, kitchen, bathrooms and everything in between needs some serious attention. Desert Falls is an adequate community but I would encourage you to find a unit in better condition.

  • Awesome place to stay in the desert

    Everything was great from check in to check out. The condo is well stocked. More than any we have ever stayed at. Extra coffee, spices, sugar, oil/vinegar, mustard, mayo and on and on. Including enough paper towels, toilet paper, saran wrap and foil for the entire week. Pat, the property manager was SO responsive. We can't say enough good things about her.Unfortunately, the prices for Desert Falls have really gone up in the past couple of years. This is definitely a consideration when booking for the future.

  • Awesome in Desert Falls

    We love Desert Falls and have been visiting in the spring for many years. First time staying in this upper level south-facing 2-bedroom condo. Really a nice floorplan that is well appointed and perfectly located in the community.

    We love the spacious deck with outlooks of the pool and mountains in the background. We love our morning walks through the quiet complex. This condo is approx .9 miles to the clubhouse and its large workout areas and restaurant.

    Recommended and we will certainly stay here in the future.
