• Beautiful property right on the beach!

  This property is part of the North Coast Village complex, just north of the Oceanside Pier. Excellent location for going to the beach, strolling the Strand, walking to great restaurants, and the view is amazing from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is functional and well-stocked and everything works well. The property was clean. Our children enjoyed the pool tables, 2 pools, foosball, and ping-pong, as well as putting greens - all on site! It is really nice to have some non-sandy activities to break up the beach fun. We spent more time locally in Oceanside than we had planned to because the property and surrounding neighborhood are so fun!

• Beach trip

  We had an amazing time! Beautiful place. Great location with amazing beach views. Looks we’re great too. My daughter stayed in a different bldg and we used her pool and ours during our stay. It was nice to have a choice.

• Wonderful family unit

  Loved our stay in Oceanside. Charming town, fun things to do within walking distance (shops, restaurants, pier) and beach was great! Well-equipped unit with all you’ll need to enjoy meals in if you wish. Couch transforms to comfortable bed for 2.

  The grounds of this property complex are beautiful! Kids loved the pools, putting greens, billiards and foosball and workout rooms were great.

  We would definitely consider staying here again.

• 3rd Floor Unit

  We had a wonderful stay at North Coast Village. Oceanside is a beautiful community and the condo is right on the beach. This unit is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broke which means that I had to carry six 50lb suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. I'm 69 yrs old with a bad right foot so, needless to say, this was extremely challenging. There was NO notification about the elevator until we checked in. I asked for a reasonable refund and have not received a reply or an apology from management. The unit was average....kitchen was great! Ants were a problem. Disappointed.

We regularly treat the property to help manage and protect the unit from ants, but we will continue to do what we can to address this concern. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"

• Lots of exercise!

  Overall good! Once the confusion of where to check in was resolved and the 6 trips up 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage/water and supplies with a bad knee! The elevator was out and there was a leak in the drain system somewhere which we learned about while we were checking in. The location was excellent. Dress in layers when venturing out in the winter! The locals were fun (minimal homeless sleeping on the beach in front of the property). The heater at night was variable and don’t recommend sleeping without thermals.
