  It was a cute little place. Check in was super easy and was a good location. The place was clean when we came and she had set out some items out for us to use. Stacy was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Only ran into a few issues. The parking.... It's a very busy block and was hard for us to park. My husband had to circle the block for 20 mins to get a parking spot and the neighbors next door would park awkwardly so they could save spaces for other people but that isnt isn't fault of the host but it was annoying. I do hope she's able to get additional spaces for parking. The property was nice. The next thing was that there are other properties on the site. To be fair It is vaguely mentions there may be other people on the premises. We just didn't expect to be three other rooms and people walking past our windows or bbqing right outside where we were staying. We were lucky to have nice guests that asked us if it was okay they were using things near our space or to let them know if they are being too loud. One of out rooms did share a wall/door with the other property and it was very easy to hear the other people. Luckily it was our last day. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

• Pros and Cons

  Pros: Very clean, very responsive contact, tasteful decor, boogie board and surfboard available to use. Cons: Listing does not clearly state there is one parking spot for three units and that you are on your own with street parking if you don't get there first. We had to park three blocks away the first night. Be aware that the freeway noise is very loud. Check in instructions will be more clear in the future.

• WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THIS LISTING IS DECEITFULL & MISLEADING.

  TERRIBLE!!! For VRBO to allow a rental like this to be available on their website is a disgrace. DO NOT RENT THIS "HOUSE" or anything else from this DECEITFULL owner. MANY listed amenities were NOT PRESENT including oven, microwave, garage and drive way. Shameful!!!
