The house is less than 5 miles from Camp Pendleton so you'll easily be able to visit the base for graduation events! Held every week year-round, Sunset Markets offers gourmet food, eclectic shopping and live entertainment in a family-friendly event that draws thousands every Thursday night. Visit Mission San Luis Rey de Francia to learn about Oceanside's history and tour the pristine grounds.
Hop on a rental bike or bring your own to ride the San Luis Rey Bike Trail or the 44-mile Coastal Rail Trail that connects Oceanside to San Diego! Only 8 miles from the house, LegoLand promises fun for the whole family with rides, games, and the Lego City Deep Sea Adventure.

Convenient and comfortable

Nice Home
4/5 I booked this trip wanting to enjoy Spring Break with one other family. The place is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The living room is a good size, and so is the kitchen. The rooms are a tad small but big enough for a queen, two night stands and a desk. Each room had a closet. Overall, the home was nicely remodeled and the kitchen felt good to be in. The backyard was a bit of an issue because the grass had not been cut in who knows how long. However, we told the owner and he replied quickly. He got a gardener out there the next day and problem solved. I wish the back yard had more shade and more activities for kids. The garage was big enough for two cars. The home had a lot of things to pack to the beach such as fishing rods, boogie boards and sand castle tools for kids. The area is what keeps me from giving this a 5 star review. The block we lived in had a run down home right next to this one and an empty lot on the opposite side of the home. The street is just a bit strange. For the price, though, split between two families, and considering the fact that we didn't spend too much time in the home, I'd say we got our money's worth.
