PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 3502 Comet Mine Ln, Mariposa, CA 95338
- The address may not populate correctly in your GPS. Please use these coordinates: 37.56978, -119.84859

- From Hwy 49 South, turn north onto Darrah Rd. You will continue on Darrah Rd for approximately 5 miles before you reach an intersection at Triangle Rd & a stop sign
- You will continue straight onto Jerseydale Rd for approximately 4 miles before reaching a fork. You will go right at the fork for Scott Rd, and after .2 miles, you will make a right turn at the mailboxes onto Best Rd (this is a dirt road)
- At the next fork, make a right turn onto Comet Mine Lane (you will see a small sign with addresses that says Comet Mine Lane). Follow Comet Mine Lane & stay right with a slightly steep downhill turn. (If you go straight you will go to someone else’s house)
- In less than .25 miles, you will see the cabin on the right
- Park on the side of the house listed 3502 in front of the garage. Then you will want to walk around to the left side & enter through the front door

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- There is a 1/2 mile gravel/dirt road (Best Road) that leads to the property from the main road (Scott Road)
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 2943
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
