Stay was ok
3/5 The condo is in a great location. We arrived during a blizzard and check-in was easy. However, the floors were filthy and there was dog and human hair everywhere from the previous guests. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were still dirty. The room manager was traveling so her responses were very delayed and she made some broken promises. So it was a bit disappointing.

- Thank you for staying in our home and providing feedback. We would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations during your stay, as we strive for our guests to have a wonderful experience
- As stated in our listing, we're a pet-friendly rental. Our cleaners try very hard to remove all the pet hair, but remnants can be left behind. We purchased a brand new pet-specific vacuum, and we are pleased to inform you that it seems to be working well based on the feedback of our succeeding guests
- We did rectify the situation with you when we refunded you your cleaning fee as you requested and did not charge you additional cleaning fees when you left the condo in a less-than-stellar condition
- Before a guest arrives, we send a comprehensive welcome email with pertinent instructions about our condo, so it lessens the confusion and the need for guests to ask questions
- - We hope you understand that it can sometimes be hard to respond to late-night text messages, especially since I was traveling and in a different time zone during your visit, but we try our hardest to respond promptly since we live in California
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Ski-cation
5/5 Nice clean place with plenty of kitchenware and linen that's located in a quiet area. There's a shuttle stop right outside or its only a 15 minute walk to the village and 15-20 minutes to the Canyon lodge. We really didn't have any issues but the couple times I contacted Jennifer (the host) she responded immediately. We'll be staying again
Summer Mammoth Trip
5/5 Our family of 4, grandma and dogs had an amazing week here. Lots of space, clean, and the host was always available and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again soon!
