  We had some trouble with the heater the first night which was a huge inconvenience, due to the level of snow blocking the outside vents, but the property manager and the owner worked diligently to get the problem addressed. They unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay again

• Buyer Beware!

  This place was cute and looks like the pictures however we had no hot water our entire five night stay. Imagine that during beautiful Mammoth in winter with three children. Yes there was a storm for a couple days in the middle of our stay but it didn’t work from the start. There is a washer and drier in the unit which is very convenient as I had to wash the comforter right away as it had some nasty stains on it. Later that evening we discovered the dishwasher did not work. It kept blinking, I researched to find out it was probably because the water temp could not rise with no hot water. That’s when we realized the hot water heater is not working. We boiled water our entire stay for quick showers and to wash dishes. We let the Evolve contact know right away that evening. She said she would get a plumber over. He did end up coming or I think he came two days later because the water heater was dismantled and a tool was left. However no one ever came back to fix it. Now, things happen I get it but what gets me is Evolve never followed through with communication or resolution. They said they would, but after a couple days in we never heard from them again. They stopped responding and have ghosted us since. The management and owners failed to show any common courtesy or concern or ounce of professionalism. I will never book with Evolve again. I feel bad for whoever checked in after us as I’m sure they went in blind as well, thinking they would have hot showers in winter. I did hold off a couple days with a review as I wanted to give the owners and management a couple more days for resolution. However we checked out this past Friday and still have not heard a word, it’s Monday. So again buyer beware. These guys will take your money and screw you over.

  The condo was excellent. Although we had to leave two days early because excessive snow cracked windows in both bedrooms, the owner and management company promptly gave us a refund for the two missed days. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

• Nice and Comfortable stay for a family

  Nice size and ammenitities and great to be on the bottom level close to the parking area in times of heavy snow.

  The condo was great for our quick stay. Two minor things.. the faucets in master bath shower were very loose and a little dangerous because the hot turned hot very fast. Also, we were not made aware that the ice machine in the freezer did not work. Other than those minor issues, the place was great and beds were very comfortable! Thank you for having us!
