Chill spot in a great neighborhood
4/5 This is great spot and I would recommend it. It's a great little house with a nice backyard. It's in a great location near Silver Lake, East Hollywood, and Los Feliz. My only complaint is that the washer/dryer does not work well. The laundry was a big selling point for us and I ended up leaving with wet clothes. I followed the instructions but the dryer simply does not work. It took hours and hours to dry one single hoodie. If you don't need to do laundry while you're there, this is the place for you.
3/5 floors in need of a thorough cleaning. could have had a toaster available. kitchen was sparely equipped. washer/dryer hard to operate, sofa was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat upon.we were there when night temps went to 32 degrees. it was cold.

So-so
3/5 We loved the location, and the check-in process was easy and Roger was helpful and answered all our questions. However, the sofa bed was definitely not big enough for a full grown adult to sleep outstretched. One of the mattresses was either broken, or it was just a mattress topper- not very comfortable. The house itself is not the most comfortable, and we were quite cold - the heat was intermittent. Overall, it's a fine place to stay in LA but definitely feels more like a house for show than for comfort.

Great rental, five stars
5/5 We loved our stay. The house is clean and efficient, with a well- appointed kitchen if you're planning to cook. The art is tasteful and thoughtful-- make sure to take a tour of the house and look at all the pieces. And the backyard became our morning coffee house: sun, lemon trees, and birds. A gentle delight in LA. We will surely rent again.
