  We had a lovely time visiting Lake Arrowhead. The house was as described and it was very convenient that they offer a crib and changing table seeing as we were traveling in from New York and didn’t have to bring our own. The kitchen was well stocked other than there being no sponge. We purchased some and left the extras behind. There were plenty of towels and hand towels however there was not a single washcloth to be found in the house. We also could not find a broom anywhere. Which made it difficult to clean up after our children. The outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely stay here again. Hope this helps the host.

• Spacious interior and exterior

  My family and I had a great time. We enjoyed the playground and the huge backyard space for tubing and sledding., The house is clean with comfortable beds and bathrooms are updated. Central heating was nice during winter time. I suggest extra blankets and extra pillow covers. We found plenty of extra pillows with no covers and only two extra blankets. Upon arrival, we could not get a hold of the host or the housekeeping. The bathrooms had no towels.,They were left in the washer. But it was not a problem putting them in the dryer. Just glad I found them in the laundry room. But I still did not find hand towels or wash cloths. Kitchen is nice but the microwave is very small , old and does not heat up well. Kitchen is fully stocked but needed trash bags and new dish sponge. Luckily, I brought my own trash bags. The couch is small and had a few stains. But it did not bother me. I do suggest more sitting area since this house accommodates eight people. My family could not sit in the dining room or living room together. I also suggest that the host should call to check and see if we need anything. Because my husband called, left a message and did not get a return call. We just wanted to know if we can charge our car in the garage but couldn’t find an outlet. But we are very happy having the option to park two cars in the garage. I hope my review helps the owner and the host. I would still give this experience a 4 star rating and would still come stay here again during snow season. My kids enjoyed the playground and lots of snow play at the backyard. Thank you for the allowing our family to make beautiful memories at this safe and quiet neighborhood.

• Okay first experience

  It was a good house not to bad only problems we ran into was ,no toilet paper we had to go buy our own, couches were stained and dirty, and also microwave was not working.
