• Great House for Groups

  This house treated us well. We had a decent sized group; 8 adults and 4 kids. The downstairs level allowed us to separate and keep some of the house quieter when people wanted to sleep in. The huge game room was perfect for the kids to play in and the projector made for a fun movie experience.

  Olga was responsive and made sure that the driveway and entrance were cleared of snow in time for us to check in.

  I'll also note that the house was well equipped for everything we needed; from kitchen to linens and blankets.

  We would definitely like to stay here again.

  Para llegar es difícil , luego el estacionamiento muy reducido, la casa con muchos daños como la nevera , baño,cajones , alarma y otras cosas como en el salón de juegos los palos de billar no están buenos no hay tiza y para el juego de pimpón las pelotas están quebradas , también faltan ollas, sabanas y cosas de la cocina ,y también no te dan toallas suficientes para ser un lugar tan grande le falta mucha atención ya que esta muy descuidado a mi me toco llegar a terminar de lavar las sabanas no habían trapos de limpieza , la otra never que funciona un poco porq de repente se apagaba y ya no enfriaba ,estaba sucia y tenía algunos daños no Creo o no pensaría regresar allí por el momento si no hacen cambios ya que la casa es grande pero no acogedora por falta de mantenimiento. Y otra cosa no deberían cobrar tantos cargos cuando no te dan lo que ofrecen

  Hi Paola, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The house was remodeled in 2021 with brand-new appliances; however, the unprecedented snowstorms of this season caused a power outage that damaged some electronics. Thank you for letting us know the refrigerator gave you issues so our technician can take a look. In the meantime, there's a second refrigerator on the second floor and a mini refrigerator on the right-hand side kitchenette
  - We appreciate the heads up about some game room items being damaged by previous guests. We'll replace the ping pong balls and chalk for the billiard pool sticks right away
  - As for towels and linens, the house has 5 showers and each one has at least two towels, with extras in the main bedroom closet. Similarly, each bed has its sheets, plus several additional sheet sets in the closets as well; however, I'm happy to add more of each to avoid future complaints
  - The house is located in a mountain community and it is built on a hillside, like many other houses in the area. We've updated the listing information to ensure this is abundantly clear for future guests
