• Fail to describe the current status of the cabin

  Great cabin and location but we couldn't use the laundry room, mud room, and garage, we booked thinking we could use a fully functional place, but that was not true. The place was somewhat clean but is definitely an opportunity area.

  Owner's response: "David, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
  - We want to apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to use the garage, laundry room, and mud room. We did contact you before your arrival to let you know what happened. We have had more than our share of snow this winter in Lake Arrowhead and it has caused havoc. We had water damage and needed to close off spaces for your safety.
  - We did offer to cover the costs of doing your laundry elsewhere, and you declined, we know this was not ideal but we did try. We have had the listing updated so that these amenities will not show as available until the repairs are done.
  - We take cleanliness seriously and apologize for any issues that you ran across. You didn't specify anything but if you want to let us know we appreciate the information so we can share it with our cleaners.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

  The cabin is well decorated, super clean, and very cozy. Alot of space to congregate and spend time together. Very close to the town so it was easy to get groceries and check out the local eateries. The owner was very accommodating and communicated well. Thank you Kathie, my family really enjoyed our stay at your cabin and hope to do so in the future!

• It had everything we needed!

  This home was very clean and cozy. Looks just like pictured. I like that they had everything we needed. They even had a printer, which came very useful when I had to unexpectedly print a form. I'd love to come back in the spring or summer time to enjoy the lake and explore the surrounding areas.

• Amazing beautiful home!

  Our family of four stayed at this property for a 2 night stay in Lake Arrrowhead. We were so pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the cabin, the responsiveness of the host and the overall experience. Every question we had was answered in detail and quickly, and instructions were perfectly accurate and easy to follow. Our kids (11 and 12 years old) loved it- roasting marshmallows on the gas pit, playing board games outside and taking advantage of the many walking trails nearby. Ten out of ten experience and would absolutely stay here again in the future!!!
