Pros-Lake Arrowhead is beautiful I would definitely come back to visit. The house is in a good location a few minutes from the village. The house is big and nice, accommodated the amount of guests we had. The owners were nice, communicated and responded well whenever we brought up the issues to their attention. Cons-Unfortunately there were multiple inconveniences we encountered such as the first day we arrived it was very hot when we tried to turn on the AC we realized the AC was not working (manager was aware and working on getting it addressed) but failed to communicate prior to our arrival (ac was intermittently working). The next day they came to check out the problem, breakers are old and need to be replaced. First day we arrived the tv and internet were not working my husband tried to reset router but no luck. Next day communicated this to the owner they had spectrum contact us to try and fix the problem, no luck. They sent someone out the following day both modem and router were replaced. I asked the manager in the meantime if we could use the neighbors WIFI as my kids needed to log on for school the manager sent their neighbor but the WIFI signal was to weak, we had to use our hotspot until the internet issue got fixed. We wanted to bbq but only 1 burner was working, we made it work for us. We wanted to make s'mores and sit by the fire when we tried to turn on the fire pit it had no propane and the container looked old. My brother in law had go get it replaced and the property manager reimburse us. When I was looking for a rental spot I was very particular of the items I needed for my family as I have kids and elderly parents. The accuracy of online listing was correct the problem not all the items were in working conditions. My husband felt he spend to much of his vacation time trying to resolve these issues. I want this review to serve as an awareness for the property manager to reallly inspect their property as I do believe they want their guests to have a great experience. My biggest advice for future guests is communicate with property managers that all items in any rental property are in functioning and working condition this might help address some issues before your arrival and you are not disappointed. I know unexpected things happen I think the frustration we had was it was one thing after another. Overall we made the best of it and had a good time.

- Thanks for your feedback. We do our utmost to inspect everything before our guests arrive. We always attempt to go the extra mile to ensure our guests have everything they need, and we respond immediately to anything that comes up.
- Unfortunately, some things were out of our control, as was the case with the Spectrum modem. The faulty modem was new, and we notified Spectrum as soon as we were told of the problem. They weren't able to fix the internet remotely, which caused a delay of a day in repairs for which we apologize.
- We also had an electrician out, and he confirmed the breaker panel is fine. These things happening at the same time was a coincidence and was perhaps due to the unusually high heat Lake Arrowhead was experiencing.
- We always check the propane tank to ensure there’s sufficient propane, and the last time we checked before your arrival, it appeared to have plenty.
- We were aware of the faulty burners on the BBQ but were waiting for the replacement parts to be delivered. This was delayed due to COVID, which is why we provided the Weber BBQ and charcoal

This is a beautiful spacious home located on a quiet cul de sac with plenty of parking. Everything was clean with plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. Great communication with Jacqueline. We really enjoyed the pool table. Hope to come back one day!

We had an excellent experience renting this house. It was very clean, nicely furnished, they even had Christmas tree decorated for us. The property manager Jackie Countryman was very nice, helpful , prompt with her communications and accommodating . We definitely will visit this property again.
