• Great stay in La Quinta

  We had an absolutely great stay in Raymond's La Quinta property. It had all the amenities and Raymond and the property manager Shana were absolutely great to work with. they responded quickly and answered any questions we had. The area is great as well as its close to the La Quinta Cove trails where we hiked and walked our dogs every day. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next year.

• Excellent La Quinta Adventure

  My wife and I had a very memorable 6 week stay at Raymond's property in La Quinta. The location was excellent with all amenities nearby but in a very quiet neighbourhood. Raymond and the property manager Shana responded very quickly to any questions we had. The property was as advertised and had everything we needed for a great stay. We took hikes on the nearby La Quinta Cove trails and others in the area and had swims in the pool almost every day. All in all, a spectcular stay. So much so that we have already booked for next year. Thanks Raymond and Shana!

  "La Quinta Cove is a wonderful dog-friendly neighborhood. It is not a country club or a golf course, it is a neighborhood. The people are so welcoming. We love it here.This house is Santa Fe style with rustic touches-absolutely lovely. The backyard is mostly a dog run. The front yard is the pool area. The bedrooms are simply decorated, the linens are high quality, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook. The property manager was 100% available, though thankfully we only needed her once."

• It was a very nice place but…..,,,,

  When my husband went outside because of the doorbell somehow the door got locked behind. He turned around to get back in because he had just had a triple bypass and was weak. Could not get back in. It got a second and third wave burns on his feet and was in bed all trip they refused to return any of our money, or even say they were sorry that this happened to him. After paying over 14,000 for him to recover and this happened I thought we would at least get my hope he’s doing well.

  - The owner and Evolve were very sorry to hear about the incident with your husband.
  - Evolve takes guest feedback seriously, and we submitted the incident to our third-party claims team.
  - The owner was also concerned for your husband but as it was an ongoing claim, they were directed to only communicate with Evolve and the third-party claims team regarding the issue. They promptly reached out to Evolve and provided all the information needed for the claim.
  - The owner confirmed that if the door shuts behind a guest it does not automatically lock, but if someone were to find themselves outside of a locked door, the code can be entered on the keypad to regain immediate access to the property.
  - After a thorough investigation, the claims team determined no negligence was found, and a refund was not issued.
  - Additionally, the local Guest Contact was in communication with you throughout your stay and did all they could to accommodate your needs for a most comfortable stay.
  The owner is committed to making every guest experience enjoyable, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!
