  The unit was a perfect size for me to get away for a few days. Very clean, with details about the local area, shopping/restaurants/sightseeing opportunities, and a lovely welcome basket including a nice bottle of wine. I have stayed in the PGA West complex many times over the years, it is beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay. The property manager was personable and helpful.

  Overall, the property was very nice. There are however a few things that need to be addressed for future renters.The microwave oven door was severely cracked making it a potential safety hazard. The glass panel on the door is spotted with what appears to be grease splatters from prior users. Both conditions were reported to the property manager. The light above the stove did not work.One of the kitchen ceiling light fixtures was missing and one of the bulbs appears to be burnt out. This too was reported to the property manager.The chairs around the dining area table were in some cases extremely worn. One of the lights in the ceiling fixture also was burnt out.There were other light bulbs that were either missing or burnt out in the master bathroom. We've rented a number of times in PGA West. This unit did not meet the conditions of prior rentals. It did not prevent us from enjoying our visit however.

I have stayed in the PGA West complex many times over the years. It is very beautiful, and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay.

• Golf heaven in Palm Springs

  First time in beautiful Palm Springs was everything I imagined.

  If you love golf and tennis as much as me ....... this is the place to go !

  Just make sure when you rent your car have it picked out and reserved

  in advance to avoid long lines.

• Well Below Expectation

  The condo is in a beautiful setting in PGA West. But the condo was not well kept. The following are things with a little effort that would have made the stay much better: 1. The TV in the living room had to rebooted on a daily basis. 2. The pantry was a mess. It had vitamins and supplements that were well out of date, going back to 2018. The pantry was full of partially used items that were of no use and should have been discarded. Needed to be cleaned out keeping just things that are still useful. 3. Two of the dining room chairs were in very bad shape. The covering on both of them were torn up and needed to be replaced or repaired. We had guests and had to hide them. An embarrassment. 4. The kitchen cabinet with the trash container needs to be repaired and cleaned. The slide for the trash container needs to be replaced. 5. The rugs in the bathrooms were worn out and dirty. 6. The kitchen faucet was loaded with hard water minerals and we had to soak it in vinegar to get it to work properly. 6. The screen door on the patio is torn. 7. The kitchen light rheostat was not in working order. When used, kitchen lights would go off. 8. The hot tub closest to the unit was not hot. Had to drive several blocks to use a hot tub that was in good working order. And it appears that some of the jets were not working as well. 9. Caulking on the bathtub needs to be redone. OVERALL, the condo was not well kept. Several small things that can be resolved with a little effort would have made the place much more inviting. For the price, a clean, well kept condo was expected but was not delivered.
