Great place in a great spot
5/5 The check in was very easy. The property management company reached out and made sure I knew how to enter community and find house. Condo is exactly as pictured. It’s a little worn with all the rentals (I assume) - worn carpets, towels that aren’t “new” white, and lights that aren’t all working… but I could look past that with the great layout, well stocked kitchen, golf course and outside space, easy parking, as well as the ease of using pools, etc.

5/5 My daughter and I stayed here while attending Desert Holiday at Desert International Horse Park. The place is large and comfortable, right across the street from a pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager was extremely responsive. The place was reasonably clean- the closets could use a good cleaning (vacuuming and dusting) and attention could be paid to cobwebs above, but the bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate. I only wish we'd had warmer weather, as it was too cold to enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio while we were there. At least we could enjoy the beautiful views! Additionally, this property felt very safe; it's in the PGA gated community, with an extra layer of security provided by a lockable courtyard door. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It's perfect for groups, as there are two large master bedrooms located at opposite ends of the condo, plus a third bedroom. All have en-suite bathrooms plus there is a powder room and separate laundry room, too.

Desert Oasis
5/5 Our stay here (early Jan '23) was great! Everything was clean, in working order, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. What we enjoyed most was picking fresh oranges from the tree in front of the house and making fresh-squeezed orange juice...we don't have that opportunity in Minnesota. :) Another benefit of this home was the community pool location...there are multiple community pools in PGA West but this one happened to be directly across the street. It was so enjoyable to relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking, etc. All in all, a wonderful place to rent...we are so glad we ended up here!
4/5 No problems. We enjoyed our stay at the Palmer condo.

Lovely home
5/5 The home was lovely and comfortable. The patio faced the golf course and had wonderful views. The master bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, making them very private. The house was very spacious.
