Disappointing
3/5 When we arrived the place smelled like something had gone rotten. we searched for maybe a dog dropping as it is a pet friendly place but didn't find anything that was causing the smell. We did however find a dog piss spot on the carpet at the foot of the bed in the master. We notifies the point of contact and all that was said was "yes I am aware" She then also mentioned that the sink in the master bath was broken and she didn't have time to fix it. After finding this, my 18 month old found a fake finger nail on the floor in the bedroom luckily he brought it to me instead of putting it in his mouth, upon searching further I found another along the bed. I also asked for the code to the garage so we could unload our vehicle and I was told that the garage is for long term tenants only. No where in my confirmations nor in the advertisement of this place does it say that the garage is for long term only. The next evening we were going to cook dinner and I opened the oven and found a tray or burned Brussel sprouts that was left behind. This is when I figure out where the rotten smell was coming from. Also paid for the daily pool heat fee. The pool was ice cold when we arrived. When communicating with the contact she said it cost extra to heat. I said a had already paid and sent a screen shot of my receipt. The heater was turned on but never got warm. the Jacuzzi was only hot for one evening. and was cold the next morning. that being said the place was beautiful, We did enjoy the weekend trying overlooking the disappointing factors.
