Great place for Coachella
5/5 Stayed here with a group of 12 friends for Coachella and had a great time! The common spaces were perfectly for congregating (lots of space in the kitchen, living room, and room with the pool table), and the pool and hot tub were perfect! Very conveniently located for getting to the festival (~1 mile from a shuttle stop), and also very close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants. One thing we would note is that some of the amenities come with additional fees and there were a lot of house rules that, if broken would result in additional fees. For instance, heating the pool is an extra $100/ day, adjusting the thermostat or not leaving the place exactly as we found it would result in fees. It was not a big deal for us because our group is fairly responsible, but it did cause a few additional anxieties on our end trying to be extra careful as we were checking out and things like that.

Spacious, clean, gorgeous house!
5/5 Came for my son's 18th birthday with family. There was something for everyone: pool table, swimming pool, Smart TVs, fast Wifi, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Open and spacious floorplan in a nice gated community. Communication with management was easy and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better rental.
