• Place was adequate, but poor communication

  I'm not going to nitpick at every single thing, but the biggest issue that we had was communication. My wife and one of the other guests did most of the communicating as I was not present on the first day, but whether it was through text/phone they felt disrespected. This was in regards to the pool heating, which was forgotten about because we paid for 2 days but was only able to get 1 day in so there was a lot of back and forth on the day of check in. It was remedied after 12:30, but the interaction could have been better.

  The other issue was that the pots and pans were filthy. We took pictures just because they were caked with dried, old food, which was really disgusting.

  In the end, the situation was remedied, but it could have totally been avoided.

  Not enough space here to list all the faults.There was no garage door opener. This made it very inconvenient and raised a security issue. Should have been addressed prior.Faucets in the kitchen were so loose it took two hands to hold them in placeVertical blinds in master bedroom have no controlling cords or wands which made them inoperable.Master WC door was mis-hung and creaks when used, causing others to wake up in the nightThere was a hole in the wall of the master bathroom where the door handle hits.Toilet seats don’t fit the commodesOutlet in the master bath doesn’t work and should be upgraded to GFCIFridge has no ice maker.Pots and pans in poor shape.Trash receptacle has broken wheels; must be draggedNo directions of how to operate the tvNo directions on how to operate the pool heaterNo information as to trash pick up daysNo dressers.Lack of kitchenware such as can opener, blender, toaster, seasonings.Shade umbrella not secured; flew into neighbor yard Large stain on the living room floor’s throw-rug; hidden by ottoman.Finally, the last straw. When opening a kitchen cabinet one evening, the decorative moulding (poorly affixed) atop the cabinet, detached and fell, hitting one of us in the head. We left the next morning.The best we can say about the property is that it is relatively close to bail bondsmen, courts, pawn shops and other such conveniences if that is important to you.
