  I never do give reviews.. but this time I will have to say that I don’t understand why people still have permits to rent this property tru vrbo. Dirty carpets, smelly, all the furniture looks like is going to brake. The outside Dusty, dirty garage.. it wasn’t a good experience afther all.. we even leave a day before our reservation. This property advertising like is a new rental wich it was not tru .. even the license to run this tru the city or the local association is expire.. not a good place to stay..

If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue. We have just refurbished the home with new furniture in 2022 and have never had these concerns before. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.

  Never been or stayed in Indio California. I'll start with the cons since there is more pros then cons. CONSINDIO CA is HOT lol. If you can't stand hat places do not rent in the city. If you like heat this is paradise. This home is located in a beautiful well kept gate community. For us renters there is only one way in. MUST drive in thru 44th ave and check in with security everytime you enter, becuase the other gates entrances are for the residence who live within the community. We learned the hard way, we drove in circles trying to find the right entrance haha. Totally understand why they do this and its for security reason for their residence. Home AC thermostat kept changing on its own. It took over 7 hours for the house to cool down on our first night. Very uncomfortable. After the house cooled down everything was well until the thermostat changed again. It was quite annoying. Master bathroom had no door and the toilet did have its own little area with a door. Master bath was not fully cleaned. Who ever was in charge of cleaning the bathoom left comet or Ajax powder on the tub. I rinse it since I have kids in the house. Hoa left a note on the car so make sure you car, trucks are pulled in ALL the way. The pool LED lights didn't turn on until our last day. Felt like we were being watched. PROSSpacious, there was enough room for our family of 10. Couch has a pull out, big PLUS!. Pool was lovely and the scenery of the desert mountains was beautiful. Overall the house was clean, no BUGs. Home decor was nice and does not over whelm you. Toilet paper and other items were stocked and at hands reach. Plenty of towels, pillows, throw blankets. Kitchen was a perfect size. Enough parking for 2 to 3 cars. Washer and dryer were available in the home. Shopping centers were close by. No issues with the neighbors. Kids had a blast. All the beds were comfy, television in each room. Home has 2 bathrooms. Master room, has a walk in closet. Perfect for all of our luggage. House was equipt with cookware, spoons, Cups, and other items. Made it easy for us to cook breakfast. Home was bright and very welcoming. I do recommend this home very family friendly.
