Great location!
4/5 We used to own a vacation home at PML so are very familiar with the area. The house was great and well stocked with everything we needed. My one complaint was the dirtiness of the carpets. They are in dire need of replacement. But everything else was perfect and we loved our short weekend trip!

Perfect place to stay
5/5 Myself and family arrived to this lovely home by the lake and were very pleased with the home. It was very comfortable, the property manager was extremely helpful and the town of Groveland is right there for great food and atmosphere. The drive to Yosemite was great, its close enough to make an easy day trip and not have to worry about missing anything.

Enjoyable Family Time
5/5 The property is old but clean. It has most thing for the staying you will need. The family room has a wide space with a 55 inch TV that you can enjoy the TV time at night. There is also a 15' X 30' balcony outside that you can enjoy BBQ and have a drink in the afternoon or night. I will come back again.
