  It is with regret that I must report to you that our stay was extremely disappointing in that the accommodations were not at all what we were expecting. I paid so much money for this rental and it was truly a bad experience.

  It all began with the entry into the house. The stairs are treacherous; the third stair from the top is uneven and one of our guests stumbled an almost fell down the stairs. We caught her, thankfully. The added issue with the stairs is that is nearly impossible to hold the handrail because it is so worn and splintered one cannot grab hold without getting the wood splinters in one's hand.

  Also, the water issue in the bathroom is absolutely terrible. There is so little pressure upstairs that it is very difficult to even rinse the soap off or your body. In addition, the shower heads are extremely poorly. There must be some sort of buildup... And in the master bathroom, there is so little stream for the lukewarm water that is your only options. There are many faucets in the house that there is only a small stream of water for the hot water, that rarely becomes warm enough to utilize.

  We had to go looking for towels (and there were no washcloths) , which were still in the washer and we had to restart the wash and then transfer to the dryer...not a real problem, just an inconvenience.

  We did report the issues of the stairs and towels, but soon gave up realizing we were doomed with this rental. I have traveled extensively and rented many different accommodations and rarely are places perfect. This rental experience is unacceptable, dangerous and left us cold, literally!

• New Awesome place to Stay

  I recently stayed at the Large Frazier Park Home in Pine Mountain Club and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The house is spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room for my family and I to spread out and relax. The views from the house are breathtaking, with the beautiful mountains and forest providing a picturesque backdrop for our stay. The location is also ideal, as it is close to a number of hiking trails and other outdoor activities. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in a beautiful natural settings.

  The place was spotless and comfortable. Could park 5-7 cars. A huge open floor plan with many features. The setting was excellent. It was an incredible experience. I will certainly go back and will suggest it to EVERYONE. I liked how they let my puppy accompany us on the first floor only. The place was spotless and had a fresh scent. The owner was attentive and proactive in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay, even offering early check-in. Will go back.

  Truly an amazing experience. The house was very clean and cozy. Very wide open floor plan with lots of extras. The location was very convenient. The owner was very responsive and on top to make sure we enjoy our stay and even offered early check in and complementary Italian coffee. Will definitely return and highly recommend.
